Cookies and Tracking
ARECH uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (web beacons, pixels) on the Site. Full detail at the Cookie Policy, including how to refuse non-essential cookies.
Information Retention
ARECH retains personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this Policy will require retaining personal information beyond the active relationship with the user.
When there is no ongoing legitimate business need to process the information, ARECH will either delete or anonymise it. Where deletion is not immediately possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), the information is securely stored and isolated from further processing until deletion becomes possible.
Information Security
ARECH has implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal information. No transmission of information over the internet is 100 % secure; you transmit personal information to and from the Site at your own risk. Access the services from a secure environment.

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 — or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor who is using the Site with consent. If ARECH learns that personal information from a user under 18 has been collected, the account is deactivated and reasonable steps are taken to delete the data. If you believe data may have been collected from a child under 18, contact us at overseas@arechtech.com.
