New flexible P1.875 LED module: longer body, tighter bend
ARECH's flexible P1.875 LED module (ACIDPO1.875FF) uses a 270x120mm body to cut bending stress and improve flatness on curves. Samples in 30 days.
ARECH has moved the ACIDPO1.875FF flexible LED module into production. The module uses a 270×120mm PCB — 30mm longer than the industry-standard 240×120mm format — and that single dimension change drives most of what is new here.
Why 270mm instead of 240mm
On a curved or wave-shaped installation, shorter modules create more mechanical transitions. Each joint between modules is a point where bending stress concentrates and where flatness can break down over time. Extending the module body to 270mm reduces the number of joints per metre of display surface and spreads the load more evenly across the silicone rubber housing.
The structural basis is an optimised P2.5 flexible architecture, adapted and scaled down to P1.875 pitch. The wider body also gives more room for the embedded magnet system, which allows front-access module swap without reaching behind the installation.

All-black LEDs and GOB option
The TOP 1010 LED is an all-black package — the casing around the LED die is black rather than the white or grey housing used in older module generations. This raises the contrast ratio by absorbing ambient light between pixels rather than reflecting it. The result is visible on camera and to the eye, particularly in installations lit from the front.
GOB (Glue-on-Board) encapsulation is available as an option, adding a protective resin layer over the LED surface for installations where moisture or physical contact is a concern.
Bend shapes and use cases
The minimum curve diameter is 343mm, which allows column wraps, concave and convex arcs, and wave shapes without stressing the module substrate. Typical use cases include architectural columns in lobbies and retail environments, curved stage backdrops, and retail display fixtures where a flat panel would not fit the space.
